This microlot comes from our mountain area of Las Sabanas.  Tasting the 2024 harvest has been a real treat.  Available in a Viennese roast/Medium-Dark roast this bean typically offers floral aromas, toffee notes and a milk chocolate finish.  It has given us that and so much more.  It brings brown sugar sweetness and the deep acidity of blackberries to a smooth aftertaste.

Altitude: Shade grown @ 1200-1400 m.a.s.l.
