Most of our exclusive micro lots of coffee come from our community in Las Sabanas. Anything that is produced in quantities smaller than 1500 lbs per harvest year is a tiny, tiny micro lot. However, there are years when a micro lot is even smaller than that. Which is the case with this year's Maracatus. 

If coffee was cut-and-dry, it wouldn’t be as interesting to process or even less fun to roast. That is what is exciting about every harvest year. The incremental variations in processing, methodology, and philosophy, creates a myriad of flavours and characteristics that make coffee so enjoyable.
