Our coffee story began in 1922 when our grandfather Jose Reynaldo Fiallos Pinel at 13 years old became a coffee grower at his father's farm in Las Sabanas, Nicaragua. Our father, followed in those steps with his own coffee farm, and eventually caring for Finca La Union, our grandparent's coffee farm, after the end of Nicaragua’s civil war and our grandfather's death.
